Shipping Policy

Delivery, tracking, and everything that happens while your Hiyara piece is on its way.

Processing time

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. Each piece is checked before dispatch and packaged with care. Processing time begins after your order has been successfully placed and payment confirmed, and is separate from the carrier's estimated delivery time. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping within Germany is complimentary. An Express option is also available for €9.99, with delivery in 1–2 business days.

For all other destinations, complimentary standard shipping applies once your order reaches the threshold for that region. Below the threshold, the shipping cost is added at checkout:

European Union — complimentary from €80, otherwise €9.90.

Switzerland & United Kingdom — complimentary from €150, otherwise €14.90.

Rest of Europe (non-EU destinations) — complimentary from €150, otherwise €19.90.

North America, Asia & the Middle East, and Oceania — complimentary from €180, otherwise €24.90.

The shipping price shown at checkout is the applicable amount for your destination and selected service.

Delivery estimates

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, the following delivery estimates generally apply:

Germany (Standard) — 3–5 business days.

Germany (Express) — 1–2 business days.

European Union — 3–5 business days.

Switzerland & United Kingdom — 5–8 business days.

Rest of Europe (non-EU) — 5–10 business days.

North America, Asia & the Middle East, Oceania — 10–20 business days.

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Weekends, public holidays, carrier disruption, and customs clearance may affect transit time.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. When tracking is available for the selected shipping service, the email will include your tracking details and a link to follow the parcel's journey. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Customs & import duties

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, processing fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not controlled by Hiyara. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, any applicable import charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs procedures vary between countries and may occasionally extend delivery time.

Delivery details

Please review your delivery address carefully before completing checkout, including the recipient's full name, house number, apartment number, postal code, and any other details required for successful delivery. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at orders@wearhiyara.com — we will do our best to help, though an address can no longer be changed once the parcel has been dispatched. Hiyara cannot guarantee successful delivery when an incorrect or incomplete address has been provided.
